Terms of Service

Effective date: 18 August 2026

Iran Dossier (irandossier.online) is published by Acumen Risk LTD, a company registered in Israel (company number 515910933, "Acumen Risk", "we", "us"). By using this site, or by purchasing access to paid content, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Iran Dossier publishes open-source intelligence and analysis on Iran. Most content is free to read. We also offer paid access to extended editions: full PDF versions of selected reports, available as a one-time seven-day pass or as a monthly or annual subscription (together, "paid access").

2. Purchases and billing

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. When you buy paid access, your contract of sale is with Paddle, and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and refunds. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout where supported.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the link in any Paddle receipt email or through our contact page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. The seven-day pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

4. Refunds

All purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

5. Licence to use the content

All content on this site and in extended editions is the intellectual property of Acumen Risk or its licensors. Paid access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and store the material for your own professional or research use. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or systematically redistribute the material, share access links, or use the content to train machine-learning models, without our written permission. For team seats, redistribution rights, or invoiced billing, contact us about institutional access.

6. No professional advice

Iran Dossier is analysis and commentary based on open sources. It is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, investment, or security advice, and should not be the sole basis for any decision. Assessments reflect our judgment at the time of publication and may change as new information emerges.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in violation of applicable law, including sanctions and export-control law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acumen Risk's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or paid access is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them reduces consumer rights you hold under mandatory law.

9. Third-party services

Posts may embed third-party content, such as videos, and link to external sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes to paid access will be communicated to subscribers by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

12. Contact
