Refund Policy

Effective date: 18 August 2026

Every Iran Dossier purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If an extended edition or subscription is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No forms, no argument.

What the guarantee covers

The seven-day week pass, the first payment of a monthly or annual subscription, and any renewal payment, each within 30 days of that charge. This sits alongside, and extends beyond, the 14-day cancellation rights consumers hold in the EU and UK; asking us is never worse than your statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Either reply to the Paddle receipt email you received at purchase, or reach us through the contact page with the email address you used at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded purchases end the associated access.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling is separate from refunding, and you can do it at any time using the link in any Paddle receipt email or through the contact page. Cancellation stops all future charges, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge slipped through before you cancelled, and it is within the 30-day window, we will refund it.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so nobody is stuck paying for something that did not meet their needs. Repeatedly purchasing, consuming the material, and refunding may lead us to decline future orders.
